Granite Peak Partners is actively seeking to acquire new properties for our two strategic business units - Sponsored Syndication Offerings and Advisory Services. We primarily focus on multi tenant industrial and R&D/flex properties in the Greater Los Angeles Basin and multi family/apartment properties in the Seattle metro area but we will consider other property types on behalf of the 1031 exchange needs of our Advisory clients.
