The Property Management Division of Granite Peak Partners achieves investment success through a culture of integrity and accountability. Our goal is to maximize property value and profit through the discipline of active management and related value creation strategies.

Property Management is headquartered out of our Santa Monica office and is led by Scott Collier, Vice President Property Operations. Mr. Collier has over fifteen years experience overseeing the operation of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties.  He has extensive experience repositioning properties in the market through renovation, redevelopment, and value-add strategies.
