With our Real Estate Advisory Services, Granite Peak caters to high net worth individuals and family trusts seeking to reposition holdings through 1031 exchanges, portfolio management strategies, and property level strategies. Our growing roster of Advisory clients include some of California’s significant long-term agricultural land holders who appreciate the discretion that Granite Peak exercises and the full range of real estate investment services we offer.

To support our Sponsored Syndication and Real Estate Advisory business units, Granite Peak Partners has developed a Property Management Division. This division provides property management services for properties acquired through our Sponsored Syndication and Real Estate Advisory business. The goal of our Property Management division is to maximize property value and profit through active management and related value creation strategies. This includes successful programs in leasing, expense control, customer services, institutional quality reporting, and accountability with current day technology.
