    Passive Investors:
    These clients want the benefit of real estate ownership but elect to have Granite Peak Partners:
  • Find, research the viability of, finance, and complete a real estate investment transaction.
  • Assume the ongoing property management, care, and upgrade of the investment.
  • Maximize the income and value of the investment through active management.
  • Manage the client care process through the disposition of the investment.

    Experienced Real Estate Investors:
    Experienced real estate investors typically have an existing real estate portfolio but find that:
  • The portfolio lacks current strategy;
  • They have undergone lifestyle/personal changes since purchasing the properties;
  • The properties are too much work and they don't want to manage them any longer; or
  • They are ready to sell or reposition the properties to lock in their gain, modify their risk profile, or diversify into other property sectors.

    These clients appreciate the tax advantages of a 1031 Exchange to reposition their real estate holdings while deferring current taxes.
