Prior to founding Granite Peak Partners, Pierre Tada served as the Chief
Executive Officer for Limoneira Company - a diversified agricultural/land
company based in Ventura County. During his 15 years of leadership, Mr. Tada
successfully diversified the company from 3 to 13 product lines and
significantly expanded distribution domestically and internationally - enabling
the company to become the largest lemon producer, and the second largest
avocado producer in the U.S. Mr. Tada successfully diversified Limoneira into
commercial and residential real estate as well, by acquiring investment
properties and developing several types of properties for portfolio
diversification and/or resale.

Over his career and prior to founding Granite Peak Partners, Mr. Tada has been
responsible for the acquisition, development, disposition, repositioning, and
ongoing active management of more than $650 million in real estate assets. He
continues to manage multiple portfolios for foundations and institutions which
include a substantial portion of assets allocated to the real estate sector.
Mr. Tada has extensive knowledge of all aspects of property development and
operations including, construction management, environmental impact issues,
zoning, entitlement and government agency relations allowing Mr. Tada to
successfully re-position and enhance the value of properties.

Pierre leads the Granite Peak Partners' Real Estate Advisory Services business
and oversees corporate operations.
Professional Experience:
Chief Executive Officer, Limoneira Company, a diversified agricultural
and real estate land company.
Executive, Carlsberg Corporation, a diversified real estate development
and management company. Oversaw financial operations, mergers, real estate
acquisitions, and divestitures valued at over $500 million. Developed and
financed residential, office and resort properties.
Chairman, Mission Produce - Diversified processor and marketer of
produce operating in U.S. and Mexico.
Vice Chairman, Sunkist Growers Inc. - $1 Billion international processor
and marketer of citrus, where he was involved in the repositioning of the
brand.
CPA, Deloitte, Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte) - International
accounting and consulting firm.
Executive Committees, Pension Plans & Foundations - Constructed and
oversaw investment portfolios exceeding $450 million on behalf of industry,
community, and educational institutions.
