Ryan Lin’s career in commercial real estate is marked by a track record of achieving significant results for his clients. His expertise and entrepreneurial spirit have earned him a reputation for successful execution of a variety of assignments. Mr. Lin currently provides the sourcing and underwriting for targeted acquisitions of Granite Peak Partners. The Granite Peak team brings together diverse backgrounds in real estate investment, development, operations, project management, and asset management to maximize value creation and wealth preservation for each relationship and asset. His career includes a pivotal role with CBRE – Food Facilities Group, known for its specialized knowledge and expansive network nationwide. As a key contributor to the team, Mr. Lin specialized in sales, leasing, appraisal, and financing of food industry real estate achieving Senior Associate status in less than three years. Mr. Lin was instrumental in shaping the group’s business development initiatives for the national footprint of food industry clientele. His team facilitated transactions on cold-storage warehouse facilities totaling over $6 Billion in consideration. Prior to his time with the Food Facilities Group, Mr. Lin was a member of a CBRE commercial development team specializing in and with site selection for mixed-use redevelopment and the sale and re-purposing of retail, office, and industrial properties in the Greater Los Angeles markets. Previous experience also includes multi-family investment sales with Marcus & Millichap and Tamarack RES, where he was focused on creating tailored strategies to enhance ownership returns. To date, he has personally completed over $200 million in total consideration equating to roughly 1,000,000 SF, while in CRE brokerage. Mr. Lin’s unwavering commitment to excellence and integrity have established him as a valued and trusted partner in the world of commercial real estate.
